Société des Nouveaux Médias
Société des Nouveaux Médias is a company founded in 2013 by Naceureddine El Afrite and Hicham Senoussi. It is the editing company of the online news outlet Media 24. Its co-founders are also its majority shareholders (at 12.28% each). Alongside them we find Maria Houidi (10%) and Mohamed Hdid (9%), known for having been an accountant who climbed his way from employee to a Name Partner position in the consulting firm Saaidi Hdid Consultants, who has left the firm and created his own in 2016. Hdid's former partner, Abderrahmane Saaidi - who is also a former Minister of Privatisation - is also a shareholder in the Société des Nouveaux Médias, holding 7.74%. The rest of the shares is split between Chafik Essakali (8.71% ), ABC Holding (7.74% ), Meriem Babed (6.51%), MED Motors (8.61%), DIDON (8.71%) and finally Atlas Sahar (8.71%).
