Mediayam is an LLC company, founded in 2001 in order to permit the publication of Mr. Miftah’s new media: the daily newspaper Al Ayam and later on Al Ayam 24 in 2014. It was created with a capital averaging $US 80 000. Up to 2005, most journalists were shareholders of the company. Most of them have since then left the company to start their new outlets or join other editing tean. Founder Noureddine Miftah the majority shareholder of the company.
