Impression Presse Edition
Impression Presse Edition is a public company that edits the print, French-language outlet La Nouvelle Tribune as well as its online version. It is owned in majority by Fahd Yata and his spouse Afifa Dassouli, each holding 21% of the capital. The rest is held by Akwa Group, the fourth largest Moroccan company, partly owned by billionaire Minister of Agriculture Aziz Akhannouch (8%). The royal holding group SNI is present through two of its subsidiaries, Ohio a company that it fully owns (holding 8% of Impression Presse Edition) and through Wafa Assurances - a subsidiary of Attijariwafa Bank (8%). Last but not least, finance mogul Othmane Benjelloun holds 8% of the shares through the banking institution BMCE Bank alongside minority shareholder Alliance Développement Investissement, one of the country's major developers (4%).
